What are the best local transport links? caret-down

The closest Underground stations are Bayswater Station on the Circle & District lines.And Queensway Station on the Central Line. Notting Hill Gate Station is also quite near on the Central and District lines.

Take the Circle Line to Paddington (5mins)for the Heathrow Express (20mins). Or take the Circle Line to Victoria (20mins)for the Gatwick Express(30mins). All of these times are approximate, please check before travelling.

What attractions and restaurants are are close by? caret-down

There is a number of desirable places to visit and sights to see. From Hyde Park, to the Porchester Centre, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, Whiteleys, Portobello Road and of course London’s world famous West End theatre district. The hotel’s immediate vicinity is home to restaurants and gastronomy from all over the world.

Vancouver Hotel and Studios is in the centre of Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate, minutes from Queensway, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Portobello Road. Oxford Street and Knightsbridge with the world famous Harrods Store only 10 mins by taxi or a few stops on the Underground. The whole of London is easily accessible from here including the West End and all it’s Shows. In the immediate vicinity are numerous English Pubs, and every cuisine you can think of within walking distance. Our Reception staff will be pleased to offer you their local knowledge. Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is 11am. Guests are welcome to request earlier check-in or late check-out times just ask at reception and we will do our best to accommodate for this.

Can I stay with my pets? caret-down

Sorry, but with the exception of service animals we cannot accommodate pets.

Does the hotel have a lift? caret-down

Unfortunately no. We are a very historic building and  the original staircase remains.

Is there a luggage room? caret-down

Yes we are able to store luggage for a short time whilst checking in and out of the hotel.Please speak to Reception.

Do you permit smoking or vaping in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel? caret-down

No, smoking or vaping  is not permitted anywhere within the hotel building, however smoking is allowed in the hotel garden.

Does the Hotel have a Guest Laundry? caret-down

Yes, we do, it is self service and tokens can be purchased at Reception.

Is the Reception always open? caret-down

Yes, staff are available 24 hours a day

Do you serve Breakfast and do you have a Bar? caret-down

Yes! We serve Continental Breakfast daily, which can be enjoyed in the bar, garden or can be taken away.

We also offer a selection of cakes and pastry’s throughout the day, together with a full range of alcoholic beverages.
